How to find suitable accommodation?

In order to find one, you can have several choices:

  1. Simple search
  2. Enter the date of your arrival, departure and number of persons in our search engine and press the Search button. You will be given only a list of those accommodations that match your parameters.
  3. Advanced search
  4. If you have specific requirements regarding your accommodation please click the Advanced search within the search engine. In that way you will be given the option of choosing additional search parameters. Pressing the Search button you will get only those accommodations that are matching your parameters.
  5. Search through customer service
  6. Simply send us your requests via e-mail or any other method you can find on our contact page and we will recommend a number of facilities that seem to be the most suitable ones according your criteria.

How to make a reservation?

After you have found accommodation that suits you, you can book on your own or you can send us an e-mail or contact us in any other way so we can do that for you. If you decide to book individually you have to take several steps:

  1. Once you found the desired accommodation press the "Book" button and you will be on the pre-reservation page
  2. Pre-reservation consists of several parts:
    • Select accommodation: includes display of all accommodations within the selected object that match your search parameters and offers a choice of one or more units in which you want to stay.
    • Capacity of selected unit: displays the sum capacity of all accommodation units or the number of people that can stay there. If this number is greater or equal to the number you entered in the first place when you started your search, the box that contains the code will be green and you are free to continue with your booking.
    • Price: displays the total price of your chosen accommodation and meals.
    Click on the "Continue" button will take you to the reservation part.
  3. On the reservation page you will be given all the information related to your booking. Dates of arrivals and departures you have chosen, the name of the facility you are about to stay as well as a detailed account of your chosen accommodation and meals. Here you will also find a total display of the price that is to be paid as pre-reservation, like the rest of the price you pay upon the arrival to the facility.
    • "Total Pric"e is the total cost of your staying in the facility.
    • "Pre-reservation" is a part of a total price you pay immediately
    • "Remaining" is the rest of the price you pay when you arrive at the facility.
    You will be asked to enter personal information to confirm your reservation and choose the paying method on this page.
  4. By clicking Book, Checkout....(depends on the paying method) you will be redirected to the secure servers of our partners where you can pay safely.
  5. . After you complete the previous step and your booking is confirmed, we will send you all the information about your accommodation as well as an account in an electronic form that is used as a proof of reservation upon your arrival at the facility. Note: For facilities that do not have Instant booking tag, your funds will not be charged at once but only after owner confirms your reservation request.

How to get to the accommodation?

Gomedjugorje.com is immediately,after your paid funds reach the account, or after approved authorization of credit card, committed to the payer to forward all the relevant information about the accommodation via e-mail which includes:

  • name and surname of the owner
  • address of the object
  • landlines telephone numbers in the facility
  • all the useful contact telephone numbers (home phone, work phone, cell phone and fax)

If you are about to use our transportation services we are committed to bring you directly to the facility where you are staying. If you travel on your own choice, and all the given information are not good enough to find the address, you will be provided by detailed directions of how to reach the selected object by e-mail.

What does the guest receive as a booking confirmation?

Immediately after confirmed booking (after authorization of transaction via credit card), or if the guest is paying by bank transfer and the advance payment arrives on our account, the guest will receive the invoice (voucher) which will be a proof of his successfully booked accommodation and that he will present to the greeting host as the evidence when he arrives at he facility. This account (voucher) will contain all the information about the owner and the address of the rented property as well as the remaining amount that guest pays to the owner on the day of his arrival. On your arrival you will deliver this account (voucher) to your host (owner).
