INTRODUCTION

gomedjugorje.com is in ownership of OLEASOFT company. While using gomedjugorje.com the following rules and Terms of use apply, and all valid and applicable laws. OleaSoft reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, and without prior notice. Changes take effect at the moment of publication.

gomedjugorje.com – web service name (hereinafter referred to as: gomedjugorje.com or servce or web-page or web-site or we )
OleaSoft – owner of gomedjugorje.com web service (hereinafter referred to as: service owner or we)
User – Any natural or legal person who in any way uses the gomedjugorje.com service (hereinafter referred to as: user ili client)
Renter – any legal or natural person who publishes property or service on gomedjugorje.com, which may or may not be the user (hereinafter referred to as: renter or owner).

ACCOMMODATION RENTAL

By leasing one or more units using gomedjugorje.com a rental agreement between owner and the client is established as well as the legal relationship with „OleaSoft“ (the gomedjugorje.com site owner) which confirms that the client agrees with the general conditions .“OleaSoft” is an agent in accommodation booking on behalf of the owner and will respond to all the client’s questions. The owner is responsible for the reserved accommodation. Other details about the owner and all the additional instructions regarding the reservation will be provided within the booking confirmation.

OFFER

Accommodation facilities at the gomedjugorje.com site are presented under its name or object code and are classified by types of property and accommodation. Each accommodation unit is classified within the type of object on the site. For units that are independent the type is the same as the accommodation unit itself, so there are following types:

• Boarding house - object that provides accommodation units and food services
• Hotel - object that provides accommodation with a capacity of at least 7 units for the night, a reception and the restaurant
• Hostel - a hotel type with similar and cheaper deals (multiple rooms, public toilet, and self-service)
• Camp - a place equipped with necessary installations and hygienic conditions for the large number o people staying in tents or trailers
• Apartment - independent accommodation unit with at least one room, a kitchen and a bathroom
• Studio apartment - accommodation unit where sleeping, dining and cooking space is in one room with the separate bathroom
• Rooms - accommodation units for sleeping and all the other facilities are optional
• House - accommodation units that cover all the facilities, consisting of one or more rooms, property owners are not residing in the facility.

Each object is consisted of accommodation units. If the owner rents the independent accommodation unit than it is equal to the object type. Accommodation units are classified according to the name that are given by the object owner and the code that presents the accommodation unit type. Code examples are A(4+0), S(2+1), SA(6+0)… Codes consist of a large initial letters which symbolizes the accommodation type:

• A – Apartment
• S – Room (Croat. "soba")
• SA – Studio-Apartment

Number of beds is shown in parentheses where the number before the „+“sign indicates the number of beds and the number after the „+“sign shows the number of additional beds. Additional beds are considered to be all the bearings that are not in the bedrooms initially as well as the additional beds inside the bedrooms (pull-out beds, sofas, etc). Double (double beds) are two individual beds, as thus the display A(2+0) can represent the apartment with two single beds or with one double. Detailed description of the accommodation unit will specify the existence of a double bed. Accommodation offer on gomedjugorje.com site is presented in collaboration with the owners. Therefore, „OleaSoft“is partly relying on the information provided by the owners. „OleaSoft“will make all the effort that data presented on the site and collected by the owners are nothing but the credible but cannot be held responsible for the possible mistakes. „OleaSoft“ undertakes to correct or remove all information regarding accommodation which are found to be falsely presented on gomedjugorje.com site.

RESERVATION

There are several ways you can book on gomedjugorje.com, online site or by gomedjugorje.com staff by phone, mail, etc. Depending on the arrangement with the object owner it may occur that some accommodations are booked automatically, and for some of them „OleaSoft“ asks the owner's confirmation before it confirms it itself. In such case „OleaSoft“is obliged to contact the client within the period of 48 hours. If by any chance OleaSoft does not contact the client in the specified period, the reservation request is considered rejected, and the reservation is canceled. When booking online, the client is offered all the payment methods for the selected object. Most often the client will not be required to pay the entire amount for the reservation but will be initially charged only a fraction of the amount indicated by the pre-booking. The rest of the amount will be paid to the object owner upon the arrival to the accommodation facility. Pre-booking amount will be charged by the object owner only after reservation confirmation when the client is provided by all the accommodation information, as well as the voucher which serves as a proof of booking that client uses on arrival at the accommodation facility. The client is required to show the voucher to the property owner as the reservation confirmation. All the booking details are written on the voucher and the object owner is obliged to complete all the items of the reservation.

CONTENT AND PRICE

Prices posted on gomedjugorje.com site vary from facility to facility and are specified for each accommodation unit. Prices are in euro and there is an equivalent of paid service in convertible marks on the established account that is given to a client. Specified prices include only described services of the selected accommodation units. The prices of private accommodation includes: daily rental units, linen, kitchen that is equipped with dishes and utensils (unless renting room without kitchen), water, electricity and gas. Additional services are considered to be those services that are provided in accommodation unit but are not included in the prices of its lease (food services, washing machine use) and are paid separately and provided they are really used. If gomedjugorje.com hasn't got such price list, the client has to negotiate directly with the service provider. Most services are paid directly to the service provider while some of them are paid upon the booking confirmation. Accommodation owner is responsible for accommodation, and all disagreements and disputes regarding reserved accommodation client solves the accommodation owner.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE CLIENT

The client is required to check the accuracy of the received booking confirmation details and, in case of errors or changes, notify gomedjugorje.com within 48h. Notification of errors or deviations sent after that period is not valid. Late claims for errors or omissions do not terminate the lease agreement.

The client must have all valid travel documents and visas, adhere to the customs and foreign exchange regulations, obey house rules in cooperate with the lessor in good faith.

The client must pay the unsettled amount on the day of arrival directly to the accommodation owner, if that amount has not been paid prior to arrival.

The client must present the voucher issued by gomedjugorje.com as reservation confirmation, in which the correct number of persons and type of services to be provided are stated, to the owner, on the day of arrival at the accommodation facility

In the case of non fulfillment of these obligations, the client bears the responsibility for possible consequences and is obliged to compensate the damage. On confirmation of booking, the customer agrees that will, in the case of any damage caused by his fault, reimburse the owner.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

gomedjugorje.com respects user privacy. gomedjugorje.com does not collect personal data of users who only navigate thru web-site. Personal data is collected only when it is necessary to use the services themselves (eg when booking an accommodation) and in that casethe user fills the information we store in our database. OleaSoft is making every effort to protect the privacy of personal information of users in terms of the Act on Protection of Personal Data, and will only use user personal data for the purpose of connecting users and owners. Service never remembers the financial data of the user such as a credit card number.

While using any of the services which requires asking for users personal information, You must ensure the integrity, truthfulness and accuracy of the information you provide. Using gomedjugorje.com you agree that the data / information you submit will be made available to all who are interested for the same, in accordance with these terms and conditions. The user agrees that his phone and e-mail address can be used by OleaSoft for the purpose of contacting and sending all the information regarding the status of ordered services, bill delivery and sending all other types of information.
